PURATOPIX SURGRAS is the ideal cleanser for pleasant, playful daily cleansing of sensitive, very dry, reactive and atopy-prone skin.

PURATOPIX SURGRAS is a cream cleanser whose composition is similar to the MOUSSE but the former is enriched with a fat phase. Squalane, polysynlane and sulfofatty acide esters give extra nourishing and protective properties to this gentle cleanser.
Apply your cleanser with bare hands on a damp skin, massage gently and then rinse. The skincare routine to follow: use a PURATOPIX cleanser to remove the impurities and irritants from your skin, then apply PURATOPIX Cerat of PURATOPIX Oil to rehydrate your skin.
